- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Process: Initiate a return via email, ship the item back, and await your refund or exchange.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)
To begin, please contact our dedicated support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”.
Include the following information in your email, or use the template provided below:
Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization (RMA)
Within 1-2 business days, our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Please do not ship any items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Item
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form provided by us. Ship the package to our Baltimore facility:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Step 4: Processing & Completion
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email.
- For Returns: Your refund will be processed immediately.
- For Exchanges: We will process the shipment of your requested replacement item. If the desired item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Your refund is our priority. Once approved, please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Important Note: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping fees (for Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx or the calculated cost for Free EMS Shipping) are not refundable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure the hygiene, safety, and integrity of our products for all dancers in our global community, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Dance Shoes (All categories including Kids ballet shoes, Jazz Shoes, Folk & Character Shoes): Due to intimate fit and hygiene reasons, all footwear is final sale once the box is opened or the item has been tried on outside of a clean, carpeted surface.
- Hair Accessories (e.g., elastics, pins, headbands): For health and hygiene reasons.
- Gifts of a personal nature.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, missing tags, or shows signs of wear, washing, or use.
Please Note: This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the Classic Excellence and performance-ready condition our products are known for. We encourage you to carefully review size charts and product descriptions, especially for Dance shoes and Kids Stage Costumes, before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We deeply apologize if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. This falls short of our Grishko Academy standard of quality. In such cases:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and its packaging.
- We will promptly arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
